Stayed in cabin 3. Cabin was clean they were kid friendly, good service, liked the 4 season porch. 20 minutes from Santa's Village. I would stay here again any season.
We took a group of 10 to New Hampshire. We called about a month or so ahead of time to book 3 cabins. We rented Cabin 1, 2 & 4. I personally slept in Cabin number 1 with my husband, children and mother. Our experience at Patio Motor Court was awesome and we cannot wait to go back. The cabins were all extremely clean. They come equipped with all the right stuff. We met the owner who is a very lovely man. We spent lots of time relaxing on the porch and enjoying the playground and pool. They have bikes for the kids to ride and return when done using, also a modest game room that was just right for our family. We kept up cleaning in the 2 days we stayed so we tried to leave it as we found it. As we feel that is respectful when using something that doesn't belong to you.The price is just about unbeatable. Great little place. The grounds are quaint and inviting. We stayed in cabin 2 and were very pleased. Kitchenette was clean and in working order. Tiny but new TV worked with no fuzzy channels. Oversized AC took the humidity out of the cabin no prob. Your own carport and porch. You can't go wrong.
Clean, great location, and having helpful owners make this the only place we book when we visit Twin Mountain.
Great place. Very affordable and located near so many hiking trails we didn't know where to begin. It was humid when we stayed- the ACs worked great. We'll be back next summer.
