Stopped for breakfast on our way back to Boston from a NH vacation. We had a ham and cheese omelet and pancakes. The ham was carved from an oven baked ham and the eggs were prepared delicately and fluffy. The pancake was like cake. Could be the best breakfast I've ever had.
I am a senior, eat out a lot. I like a light breakfast. Here it is either a muffin or a man size expensive breakfast. Breakfast is good but I don't like leaving half my plate. They need a few more breakfast options like one egg, small side of meat, toast. If I order this it is all sides and is $$$.
Family owned, friendly staff. Fed us with good food after a long adventure packed day at woods.
Breakfast was legit. Got the red neck Benny and the sausage gravy was great. Service was great as well. We stopped here on our way to hike Tom and Field and it was a perfect spot.
Came because of the great reviews. Maybe breakfast is better but dinner was...edible. Definitely not worth writing home about. My corn chowder was obviously bulk purchased food service soup that was in no way homemade. I ate half of it. My omelet was fine (probably because I ordered a breakfast item!) but the waitress brought me homemade fries instead of homemade toast. Hubby said liver and onions was decent and homemade baked beans were good. My advice: Stick to the homemade items.
